Continental Plumbing was formed in 1982 by Mike Nadzam (State of Florida Plumbing Contractor License #CFC040000) and has been serving the Tampa Bay region of Florida for over thirty years. To this day, Mike is still a "hands-on" owner; he personally completes all his installations and repairs.
Continental Plumbing and Heating was formed in 2012 by Tim Lawrence, a close personal friend and business colleague of Mr. Nadzam for over thirty years. Tim has carried a State of Florida Plumbing Contractor License (#CFC035717) since 1985 and holds the State of Colorado Master Plumber License (#MP.000190116) which qualifies the Colorado division (Colorado Plumbing Contrator #PC.0003269).
Rather than delegate responsibilities to subordinates with less experience and skill levels, Tim is a "hands on" field operative as well - just like Mike Nadzam in our Florida division. Tim is the "first responder" to all calls for repairs, installations, estimates and design consultation.
